Yes, Djirringu Art is an authentic First Nations business ran by Ky-ya Nicholson Ward who is a Wurundjeri, Djaara and Ngurai illum Wurrung woman. 100% of the fee goes to Ky-ya directly.

Yes, throughout the commission process Ky-ya will confirm with you what you are after and along the designing process Ky-ya will send images of updates. Feedback is more than welcome along the way and changes can easily be made.

Ky-ya will ask for details on what medium you want, the story, colours, timeframe and budget you have. She will then send a customised quote and if agreed to then she will send an invoice and begin the design process, keeping you updated along the way. If digital, Ky-ya will then send all required files and if physical she will organise pickup or delivery. 

At the moment Ky-ya isn't taking commissions due to sorry business although if you are happy to wait please send her an enquiry. Generally, it takes 1-3 months to complete the artwork depending on medium, availability and sizing.

She provides options of acrylic on canvas, murals and digital work which can be used on many formats.
